WOW! Where to begin. We met miraculously in 1992. Me, an accounting professional and Mark, an aerospace electro-mechanical engineer. Both desiring to become entrepreneurs. As we started on that path together we fell in love and 4 years later married. Since then we've discovered our true passions. One of them is real estate.
Previously, we acquired physical properties in conjunction with others. Now we do the same thing but we focus on mortgage notes instead. However, out of all the ventures we've engaged in we found the one thing they all had in common: RELATIONSHIPS.
So we determined that, regardless of what we do, as long as we pursue win-win solutions with honesty, integrity and fairness the experience can be not only profitable but ENJOYABLE.
